Welcome SpecTech USA!

We are pleased to announce that SpecTech USA has joined the Clarendon Group, part of Diploma PLC, effective 22 October 2026. The acquisition represents another step in the continued growth of the Clarendon Group and strengthens its presence in the US aerospace and defense market.

Clarendon is a specialist distributor of aerospace hardware and fasteners with operations across the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and the USA, and US headquarters in Irvine, California.

Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, SpecTech USA is an AS9120-certified, value-added distributor of aerospace hardware, fasteners and engineering products serving the aerospace and defense industries. The business combines technical expertise with a strong focus on customer service, quality and responsive support.

SpecTech is a complementary addition to the Clarendon Group's US business, strengthening its geographic footprint across the South and Midwest and broadening its product offering and customer reach. The acquisition brings together two businesses with complementary capabilities and a shared commitment to delivering quality products and reliable service to their customers.

SpecTech will continue to operate under its own name from Tulsa, with the same management team, people and facility. For SpecTech’s customers and suppliers, it is business as usual, with the added resources and support of the Clarendon Group.
