The acquisition announced today (November 13th, 2025) marks an exciting milestone for Clarendon Specialty Fasteners as it continues to expand its capabilities and market reach.
Spring Solutions is an excellent fit for Clarendon Specialty Fasteners (āCSFā). Based in the UK, the business brings decades of expertise in serving the aerospace, defence, and industrial sectors. Spring Solutions specialises in delivering comprehensive value-added services spanning fasteners, adhesives, chemical management, tailored kitting, and complex supply chain solutions - capabilities that complement and enhance CSF's existing portfolio.
