Clarendon Welcomes Swift Aerospace to the Group 

Following the acquisition of Swift Aerospace in December 2025, we are pleased to confirm that the integration of the business is entering its final stages of completion. Effective from 1 May 2026, Swift Aerospace will trade under the Clarendon name, marking a significant milestone for the Group.

This is a development we believe our customers will welcome. The combination of both businesses creates a stronger, more capable group — one that is better positioned to support programmes with an expanded product portfolio, greater inventory depth, value added services (VMI) and an even broader international footprint.

In addition to our existing locations, bringing Swift under the Clarendon name will offer greater opportunities to our existing customers by expanding sales capacity across our locations. We are confident that as the integration concludes, you will quickly recognise the practical benefits of a larger, more integrated group — whilst continuing to receive the same exceptional standard of customer service and support.
