Design & Manufacturing

The design department at Clarendon Specialty Fasteners are dedicated to creating innovative and unique engineering solutions. Their vast fastening and hardware experience means Clarendon's design engineers can offer solutions to a wide range of non-standard requirements. Products developed include heavy duty hinges, quick release pins, cable and wave-guide clamps, special plungers and captive screws.

We can offer a full design to manufacture service. Design facilities includes 3D cad software, 3D printing, ABS rapid prototyping with access to FEA analysis and a Nationally accredited test house. 

Clarendon Specialty Fasteners also has access to CNC milling, turning and laser cutting, as well as metal pressing and plastic injection moulding.

Bespoke Kitting

One of our key strategic strengths is our bespoke kitting service. Using an extensive parts portfolio from a wide range of world leading manufacturers and suppliers, Clarendon Specialty Fasteners regularly designs bespoke kits for customer's exact requirements. The kits come complete with a full breakdown of contents, including customer specific part numbers, quantities, a description of where the parts need to go and recommended replenishment levels.

Clarendon Specialty Fasteners work closely with customers in order to really understand their needs and develop the correct kitting solutions. All of this ensures that the complete process from purchasing to finished product is as simple as possible.

Kitting is actually becoming a very cost effective solution for many manufacturing and production based environments.
